Statement of Faith

Inerrancy of God's Word: 2 Timothy 3:16

“All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, “

Salvation: Ephesians 2:8-9

“For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith – and this not from ourselves, it is the gift of God – not by works, so that no one can boast.” We believe that a person is saved through faith in Jesus Christ and not of them or their works.

Virgin Birth: Matthew 1:22-25

“All this took place to fulfill what the Lord had said through the prophet: “The virgin will be with child and will give birth to a son, and they will call him Immanuel – which means, “God with us."

Jesus lived a sinless life: 1 Peter 2:22

“He committed no sin, and no deceit was found in his mouth. “

Jesus died for sins: 1 Corinthians 15:3

“For what I have received I pass on to you as of first importance: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures,”

Jesus was buried and raised: 1 Corinthians 15:4

“That He was buried, that He was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures,”

Jesus is Lord: Mark 16:19

“After the Lord Jesus had spoken to them, He was taken up into heaven, and He sat at the right hand of God. “
